BIO

An American film actor, Robert Paul Taylor has succesfully segued from the big & small screen, theatre stage to book shelf.
A native of San Francisco, Taylor paved a unique artistic route when he was cast as a dancer in a MTV commercial which led to work in back-to-back ads on the popular station.

 

He found success as a dancer, booking gigs in more than a dozen music videos including the Pussy Cat Dolls' "Don't 'Cha," Gwen Stefani's "Rich Girl" and Elton John's "Thankful" video made exclusively for the Red Piano Tour at Caesar's Palace.
 

As a model, Taylor is displayed in over 14 gallery works for Iconic Photographer David LaChapelle including "The Raft", "Thy Kingdome Come" and the Maybach Campaign. 

 

On the silver screen Robert stars in 'South 32' (2016), "Five Piece" (2018) and "Mask of Janus" (2016).  Taylor also appears in a series of acclaimed festival films such as LA Film Fest "In Her Place", "Opening Night" and Outfest LA favorite "The Forest".

 

Embracing television, Robert stars as Remy Ramirez on Hulu's Emmy Nominated Series 'East Los High'.  Taylor also plays Sergeant Flex Hardbottom on ABC's 'Mixology' and recently worked FOX's 'New Girl'.  Over seas, Robert Guest stars on Russia's Mega Hit "Chernobyl" Season 2 as Raul.

 

Taylor breathes life into Ray Peratta in the addictive series The Bathroom Diaries, which premiered lasy year at the Laemmle Theater in NoHo's Art District.

 

As a screen writer Taylor has screenplayed features: 'Facetime' (2016), 

'South 32' (2016), 'By The Rivers of Babylon' (2015) 'Table 18' (2017) and the mini-series 'The Bathroom Diaries' (2014).
 

Taylor has released multiple volumes of Poetry & Prose which sell world wide on Amazon.com
